champion skills i found bugged

there is something wrong with the script for the following champions
Lulu: Does not save w and e settings even tho i have it closed it resets everygame
Janna:Even when Q is disabled it still casts and does not wait full charge, its just like casting it when a champ runs in the path the way you did the skill,
leona: W gets activated even on slightest dmg even tho its disabled
could we fix them?
