Not injecting

The loader isnt injecting for me, and it says the number 2, I have my windows defender off and real time protection, I have firewall off, I don't have any more anti virus, I downloaded a c++ pack which contained all the 2000s, it loaded for me one time in practice tool and never loaded again. (Also I don't have any discord or blitz.gg overlay on) Please help
